Age suitability

Moonlit Tales is designed for a parent or guardian to use with a child during a family bedtime routine. The app is not listed in the App Store Kids Category.

App Store age rating

Moonlit Tales currently uses Apple's global 9+ age rating. This is a cautious higher rating for an app that creates stories with generative technology. An age rating describes content suitability; it does not define the app's target customer or place the app in the Kids Category. Regional displays may vary under local rating systems.

Parent-guided use

• A parent or guardian should choose the story settings, manage subscriptions, and decide whether a generated story is right for the child.
• Children should use the app only with a parent or guardian's authorization and appropriate supervision.
• Purchases, support requests, data requests, and external website links are intended for an adult.

Generated stories

The app asks the story service for gentle, age-aware, bedtime-friendly language and avoids frightening, violent, sexual, or otherwise child-inappropriate themes. Because the text and narration are generated, a result may still be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. A parent or guardian should use judgment before or while a child listens.

Privacy and interaction

Moonlit Tales has no advertising, open chat, public posting, user-to-user messaging, or public child profiles. Use a nickname rather than a real name, and do not enter a child's phone number, address, school, photo, precise location, government identifier, or other directly identifying information.
