Support and data requests

If you have trouble using Moonlit Tales or want to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or information about how children's data is handled, contact us at the email address on this page.

Support email: support@moonlittales.app. We recommend using “Moonlit Tales Support” or “Moonlit Tales Data Request” as your email subject.

1. What we can help with

  • Story generation, narration, or playback problems;
  • Questions about membership status, story credits, or restoring purchases;
  • Questions about the privacy policy, children's privacy notice, or terms of service;
  • Requests to delete children's data, story records, or support-request information;
  • Requests to correct inaccurate children's data;
  • Withdrawal of consent to process children's data;
  • Website registration, access, or legal-page link issues.

2. What to include in a deletion or correction request

To help us verify the request and protect children, please include as much of the following as you can:

  • Request type: deletion, correction, withdrawal of consent, access, or complaint;
  • Your device OS version and app version;
  • The data involved, such as a nickname, recent stories, audio cache, or membership status;
  • A screenshot or description that helps us identify the issue, with any child's real-world identifying information obscured;
  • A description of your relationship as the child's parent or guardian. We may need additional verification.

3. Response time

We usually reply within 15 business days. Complex requests, requests requiring additional verification, or requests subject to different legal requirements may take longer. We will explain the reason when practical.

4. App Store subscriptions and refunds

Apple App Store handles subscription purchases, cancellations, refunds, and billing. You can cancel through Apple ID subscription management in iOS or request a refund through Apple's official channels. We can help investigate how entitlements appear in the app, but we cannot manage Apple account billing directly.
